Uganda Hippos will play hosts Tanzania in the first semi final of the AFCON U20 Zonal Qualifiers in Tanzania.
The game will be played on Friday 18th October 2024 at KMC stadium at 3pm East African Time.
Uganda topped group B after two wins against Ethiopia and Burundi plus a draw with South Sudan.
For the hosts of Tanzania they came in second place of Group A with 9 points in 4 games one below leaders Kenya who beat Northern Sudan 4-0 on Tuesday evening.
Incase of a draw in normal time there will be extra time followed by penalty shootouts to determine the team to reach final.
Only the finalists will book the two places in the final tournament.
