Two Ugandan youngsters set for Scottish Premiership trials

Two Ugandan youngsters are set to work out with Scottish Premiership side Dundee United.

KCCA’s Sadat Anaku and Express skipper Enock Walusimbi are the two players.

This is after the pair impressed during Team Fundi’s exploits in Spain early this year. Team Fundi played four exhibition matches against Spain’s Segunda B clubs.

Anaku netted seven goals in two games while Walusimbi was rock solid at the back.

Having received tryout documents, the pair is expected to leave the nation early next month for Scotland subject  successful visa clearance.

Anaku was one of KCCA’s best performers in the 2021/22 season, finding the back of net eight times and assisting his teammates twice.

Enock featured in 22 games for Red Eagles, scoring two games and assisting once from right back position. Express kept nine clean sheets with him in the squad.
