URA FC gave away a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 against BUL FC in matchday six of the Startimes Uganda Premier League played at the Arena of Visions in Bombo on 20th November 2021.

The tax collectors advanced into the lead as earlier as the third minute after pacey forward Steven Mukwala slotted home a Cromwel Rwothomio well-weighted pass.

In the 18th minute, the home side failed to double their lead when striker Steven Mukwala headed wide a Derrick Ndahiro cross.

The first half of the game saw the visitors on the receiving end and the game could have gone to rest with the home team leading by two goals to nil but Uganda Cranes forward Mukwala couldn’t head in a Shafiq Kagimu Swinging free-kick which saw the ball going a few inches wide the crossbar.

In the 46th minute of the second stanza URA FC team captain Shafiq Kagimu led by example when he netted it home to double his side’s lead.

There was little to celebrate for the home side as the visitor pulled one back in the 58th minute through striker Musa Esenu.

The visitors gained momentum and possessed the ball more than the home side and their unwearying efforts were awarded by a penalty in the 85th minute of the game.

Energetic forward Joseph Ssemujju converted the spot to ultimately shock the home side who had themselves to blame for failing to capitalize on the home advantage.

URA FC remains 12th on the log with four points amassed in three games while BUL FC maintains the 4th spot with 10 points from five games.

The Tax collectors will play home to Tooro United on 23rd November 2021 as BUL makes a trip to Kavumba to play SC Villa.
