The 2020/21 season was ended by the FUFA with four games to go, and as a result, Express FC were crowned champions as they were leading the standings with 67 points, just one ahead of the second-placed URA FC, as per the Adjusted Points as per article 18(1)(c) & (d) of FUFA Competitions Rules.

A number of players put in a lot of effort to produce stunning results for their respective teams including earning achievements such as Man of the Match (MOTM) accolades before the end of the season.

In this article, the Touchline Sports partnered with Ddiba stats, a statistics generating company with Sanyuka TV and the StarTimes UPL to come up with the players that completed the season with the best statistics as per the XI positions on the pitch.

The players collectively scored 81 goals and 31 assists coming up with a total contribution of 112 goals, which is an average of 10 goals by each player. The eleven players amassed a total of 22 MOTM, making it an average of 2 MOTM per player.

Here are the best XI of the 2021 season by statistics.
