Startimes UPL: Gaddafi to host log leaders BUL at Kakindu Stadium

Gaddafi Modern Football Club welcome League leaders BUL FC in an anticipated tough clash of Match day 6 in the Startimes Uganda Premier League at the Kakindu stadium on Tuesday.

The soldier boys of Gaddafi will come into this fixture with lots of confidence after coming from behind to draw with Express in the previous after that goal from Brian Kalumba.

Gaddafi will hope to be stronger in their quest for the first win of the season. Their head coach Wasswa Bbosa will look to stop the BUL front three this season in Richard Wandyaka, Karim Ndugwa and Jerome Kirya.

On the other hand, BUL are currently top of the table with 10 points and are seen as favourites to win this highly anticipated clash.

With most of the tactics used, BUL will look to do something different or play un known card to grab a win against a hungry Gaddafi.

BUL defender, Ronald Otti talked to the Club Media and indicated that his team mates are in good shape.

Our preparation has not been bad at the moment, because everybody is in shape after receiving the coach’s tactics “

It’s true we don’t have a bad spot on the table, so  that should send out a good image to BUL fan.”

Last game.

Gaddafi came from behind to draw 1-1 against Express FC away from home while BUL FC edged their previous game at home 1-0 to SC Villa.

What would a win do?

A win for Gaddafi will lift them to 5th, level on points Maroons FC but with better goal difference while a victory for BUL will maintain their lead at the top and also extend it to 6 points.

TEAM NEWS.

Gaddafi Modern will continue to be without Nicolas Kasozi, Amos Kirya, Ronald Bithum and Godfrey Lwesibawa who is away with the Sand Cranes team.

They will hope their Captain Waiswa Andrew passes the late fitness test to make the squad.

For BUL FC will be without seven of their players but notably Ibrahim Mugulusi and Aggrey Madoi.

The other missing five youngsters are doing their exams.
