Maroons will look to host Express with hope that they can collect a win in their own yard at the Luzira Prisons Grounds in a league game on Friday.

The Prisons side sit 10th on the table with 14 points after 12 games and will be boosted by the fact that they have lost only once at home(1-3 against Blacks Power) out of six.

They will look to forward Fred Amaku and Abraham Tusubira for goals on such a big game they have always delivered.

On the otherside, Express who collected an important point in their last game will head into this fixture with at most confidence.

With lots of talk of unpaid salaries surrounding the players, the Red Eagles will be eying their fifth win of the campaign and first of the last six games.

They also hope Allan Kayiwa will rise to the occasion once again to put up a great display with goals inclusive.

Ahead of the game, Express head coach James Odoch insists that his side has prepared to defend well and score goals ;

“We are not in a good situation due to poor results recently but a point against Vipers motivated the team.” he said

“I know how stubborn Maroons is especially when playing from home, we shall find the game abit difficult but we have as well prepared very well and we hope to defend well and score goals to win the game.” He concluded

The Wankulukuku side sit 9th on the log with 15 points, one above their opponent on the day.
