StarTimes UPL: Express ban Fan over hooliganism

Seven-time Uganda Premier League champions Express FC through their fans’ chairman Julius Bakunda have banned Mr.Ninsiima Napoleon alias Byfar Levels from watching their home games.

According to the document released by the club, Ninsiima threw a Cup on the pitch during Express FC’s 3-2 defeat to Wakiso Giants on Monday at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium.

“Mr.Ninsiima Napoleon aka Byfar Levels is hereby banned from all Express FC home games effective Friday, 2nd December 2022 as he was seen throwing a cup on the pitch during the club’s visit to Wakiso Giants on 28th November.

“The fan’s committee will communicate to him when he will be able to return to support the club.”

The Red Eagles will host Arua Hill on Friday evening at the Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku.
