Current Uganda Premier League table leaders BUL dropped two more points in a draw when they drew one-all with Mbarara City at the FUFA technical Center in Njeru on Saturday evening.

Gerald Ogweti opening the scoring for the hosts with six minutes left to close the opening half.

However Joseph Akwandanaho managed to cancel out Gerrad Ogweti’s goal two minutes into the added time of the first stanza.

This result guarantees that BUL will top the League after first round with 33 points, four points above Vipers who will face Busoga United on Sunday.

For the Ankole lions of Mbarara, they drift up a place to 11th position on the table with 16 points in 15 games played.
