With only win in seven games at the back of their heads Busoga United will be hope to lift themselves up when they host Bright stars in the Startimes Uganda Premier League on Monday at Kakindu stadium, Jinja.

Busoga United who haven’t had things going their way sit 14th on the log with 6 points, 4 adrift bottom side Onduparaka.

The Eastern side will hope to scrap a result given their recent form and hope to ride on a number of fixtures in the past to lure the Kavumba side.

Bright stars on the other side, look like to be a rejuvenated picking up maximum points in their last three games. This has helped them sit 8th on the log with 14 points

They will hope to maintain this run as a keen eye is continually stuck on Nelson Ssenkatuka who has improved his form of late something that has been a problem despite bringing in Sam Ssenyonjo and having Ivan Irinimbabazi.

Speaking to the club media ahead of the game, assistant coach Danny Kirumira confirms that the team have prepared well;

We have tried to prepare really well, all departments on the team have tried to up their game

On the good run, we try not to pressurelize ourselves but take it game by game and prepare as best as we can.

Last season both tied between the teams ended in stalemate.

Last game.
