Action of Match day 20 continues on Friday 11th March as Vipers SC visit lowly Tooro United, Solitilo Bright stars host Bul FC while Busoga United will also be in action, playing Police Football club.
Going into the games of Friday, Vipers SC are top of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League with 43 points, three above KCCA FC, who sit second.
While Tooro United, Bright Stars and Mbarara City occupy the three relegation places on the log.

It will be the battle of top and bottom as the Venoms travel to Fort Portal to take on Tooro United at the Buhinga Stadium.
Since the arrival of Ibrahim Kirya, Tooro United have looked rejuvenated – having collected more points (5) under him in four games than they did in 15 under Edward Golola (4).
Meanwhile, Vipers have also been brilliant in the past few games, lost just one of their last 14 games in all competitions.

Tooro United suffered a 4-2 loss away to Police FC at the MTN Phillip Omondi Stadium, Lugogo. It was their third consecutive game without a win since they beat Onduparaka FC at the beginning of the second round.
Vipers SC however, overcame Solitilo Bright Stars FC 2-1 in their last match.
In the reverse fixture in the first round, Ceasar Manzoki scored the all important goal as Vipers just overcome Tooro United.

A win for the Tooro United would take them to 12 points, four points behind 18th placed Bright Stars while a win for Vipers could see them stretch their lead at the summit to six points above KCCA FC, who play their game against SC Villa on Saturday.

Tooro United will welcome back Ronald Kayondo from suspension, but Kenneth Madira is ruled out after picking an injury in their last game at Lugogo.
Isaac Mpagi remains the long term absentee.
For Vipers, they will be without Paul Willa who just had a surgery on his Achilles tendon.

Bright Stars sit second bottom on the log with 16 points in 19 games while their opponents on the day, BUL sit at the top end of the table – in fourth with 33 points.
Bright Stars have struggled for victories this season as they have only 3 victories in 19 games. BUL have been incredible this season and are currently the second-highest scoring side in the league ( just behind Leaders Vipers SC)

Solitilo Bright Stars lost 2-1 against Vipers SC away in Kitende courtesy of winning goal by Ceazor Manzoki for the home side after Ibrahim Kasinde had equalized.

The hosts, Bright Stars are desperate to get wins this season in the league and a win on Friday would see them out of the relegation zone to 13th if other results go in their favor.

Busoga United Vs Police FC
It will be a battle of the two relegation threatened sides as Busoga United hosts Police at the Kakindu Stadium in Jinja.
Police sits 10th on the log with 21 points while Busoga are a place below in 11th with 20 points.
Although Police lie 10th, they have been far from convincing in the second round -winning just one of their four games.
Meanwhile, Busoga have won twice and drawn twice in that period.
In a fixture that has never registered any away wins, both teams had their captains come out to say a word about the game.
Busoga United Captain Anthony Mayanja said confidence is high in their camp especially after wins over ‘big boys’ SC Villa and Express.
“For now, it doesn’t matter who will play but the target is pick all points,” he stated adding.
“We are currently very confident and the past result gives us belief.”
His Police counterpart Tonny Mawejje, whose side is not safe sofar says all the focus and energy is towards winning as many points as possible.
“We are set and ready to go fight for a good result,” Mawejje said in the pre-match conference.
