The Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 32 draws were held on Tuesday, 30th March 2021 at the FUFA House, Mengo with FUFA Deputy CEO, Humphrey Mandu and FUFA Competitions Director, Hajjat Aisha Nalule in attendance as well as Stanbic Uganda Cup Head of Marketing and Communication, Daniel Odong.
Record champions, Express FC and KCCA FC will begin their Uganda Cup journey against Kyetume FC and Nyamityobora respectively.
League champions, Vipers SC have been pitted against Uganda Premier league’s Busoga United while defending champions, Police FC will take on MYDA at the MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo.
At the Arena of Visions Stadium at Ndejje University, URA will take on Mbarara City FC while SC Villa will battle out at home with FUFA Big league side, Ndejje University.
Speaking during the function, FUFA Deputy CEO Humphrey Mandu thanked the sponsors for their continuous support towards the competition.

Last year, the tournament was halted before the end and later declared null and void due to the Covid19 pandemic.
The round of 32 ties will be played home and away with the first leg matches to be played between 5th and 12th April 2021.
The final will be on July 24th 2021, at a yet to be confirmed venue.
The winner of the competition represents Uganda at the CAF Confederation Cup, the second most prestigious tournament in African club football.
Proline is the defending champions having won the 2018/19 championship, having beaten Bright Stars in shootouts in a final held at Masaka Recreation ground.
KCCA FC and Express FC are joint record winners with 10 titles, while SC Villa has nine to their name.
This year will see the prize money increased from Shs. 132 to Shs. 166m with the winner pocketing 50m while the runners up will go with Shs. 20m each.
