FIFA referees from South Sudan will be in charge of the CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary round tie with Al Masry.
Ring Nyier Akech Malong will take charge of the game and will be assisted by his countrymen Gasim Mudir and Robert Henry as the first and second assistants.
Another South Sudanese, Michael James will be the fourth official.
URA will take on the Egyptian giants on Saturday,16th October 2021 at the St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende in the first leg before a second leg in Egypt on 24th October.
URA edged Ethiopian Coffee 5-2 in the previous round while Al Masry received a bye from the first round.
The winner will progress to the final playoff round before the group stages scheduled to take place in November.
