On Saturday, the 2022/23 FUFA Women’s Super League will tip-off at the Makerere grounds as Makerere University Women Football Club play host to sister Club She Corporate FC.

She Corporate are the reigning and defending Champions of the FUFA Women’s Super League something that got them a ticket to take part in the CAF Women Champions League Zonal qualifier where they ended as the tournament 1st Runners up hence failing to qualify for the group stages.

The Nakawa based side made a number of signings in the transfer window like, Spencer Nakacwa, Zahara Nankya, Joanita Ainembabazi, Jackline Nakasi, Anita Namata and Esther Naluyimba

They have come back to face 2021/22 FUFA Women’s Elite League champions Makerere University Women Football Club alias She Mak who achieved thier winner status after gunning down Asubo Gafford Ladies in a six goal thriller.

She Mak have signed only one player in Left back Winnie Nakanwangi despite having the quietest of the window in which they let go of their four players in Aisha Namagembe, Fatuma Nakasumba, Madinah Nakaayi (who all joined South Sudanese side Kator WFC) and Zahara Nankya who joined the reigning Champions on loan.

On Friday morning at the FUFA house in Mengo, both coaches  came forward to have a word with the press as agreed in the meeting with the FUFA officials on Thursday.
