Schools Football – FUFA commands all schools to get qualified coaches

The Federation of Uganda Football Association has ordered all schools across the country to acquire only qualified coaches to manage school football teams

The Federation under its program of developing football right from the grassroots accentuates that this the first approach aimed at developing young talents fresh from the schools since the majority of the young players are school-going students.

The letter assigned to all schools across the country reads,

The FUFA Executive Committee has directed that all schools should employ qualified football coaches to manage school teams to enable FUFA to achieve its mission and develop football philosophy that cuts across all Nations

It is, therefore, a requirement that effective this season, all schools that compete at both local and international levels employ coaches having at least FUFA minimum coaching standards.
