Morning Match: PUSH vs Royal Rangers

Venue: Lenana School Oval
PUSH : 105 all out in 18.4 overs
(Amiri Ochaya 21, Kasim Adam 16; Khush Vekariya 3/19, Krishna Babar 3/24)

Result: PUSH won by 26 runs
In the morning fixture, PUSH won the toss and chose to bat first on a damp, slow wicket under overcast skies.
They faced immediate trouble, losing opener Hamidu Munyigwa on the third ball of the second over, caught at point with just 2 runs on the board.
Despite a brief resistance from Kush Patel (17), the top order crumbled quickly. Okema departed in the third over, and by the 10-over mark, PUSH were reeling at 55/5.
The collapse continued, and they were eventually bowled out for just 105 in 18.4 overs.
Amiri Ochaya top-scored with a gritty 21, while Kasim Adam (16) and Huzaifa Adam (15) added some vital runs late in the innings.
Royal Rangers’ bowling attack was led by Khush Vekariya, who claimed 3/19 in 4 overs, and Krishna Babar, who also took 3/24 from his full quota.
In reply, Royal Rangers had a disastrous start, losing their top three—Mit Patel, Ayush Pindoria, and Khush Vekariya—within the first three overs.
While Garu Wadhwa held firm with a fighting 43, he received little support from the other end.
The Rangers were eventually bowled out for 79 in 19.3 overs.
Hamidu Munyigwa bounced back with the ball, claiming 3 wickets, while Kasim Adam and Huzaifa Adam chipped in with two wickets apiece to secure a 26-run victory.
Afternoon Match: PUSH vs Obuya Cricket Academy U-19
Match Summary
Venue: Lenana School Oval
Obuya Cricket Academy U-19: 135/5 in 20 overs
(Garv 36, Arhan Shah 31; Huzaifa Adam 1/17)
PUSH : 136/4 in 17 overs
(Julius Okema 56, Raymond Mwenda 2/24)
Result: PUSH won by 6 wickets
In the second match of the day, PUSH faced Obuya Cricket Academy U-19.
Obuya won the toss and elected to bat first, capitalizing on early fielding lapses by PUSH.
They were 48/2 at the 10-over mark and reached 100 in the 17th over.
Solid contributions from Garv (36) and Arhan Shah (31) helped Obuya post a competitive 135/5 in their allotted 20 overs.
Chasing 136, PUSH lost Hamidu on the first ball of the second over, and Gururaj also fell in the same over, leaving the score at 13/2.
After the powerplay, PUSH were 60/3 and continued cautiously to 87/4 at the 10-over mark. From there, Julius Okema anchored the chase with a composed half-century (56), guiding PUSH to victory in the 17th over.
Despite Raymond Mwenda picking up two wickets for Obuya, fielding lapses and dropped chances cost them dearly as PUSH clinched their second win of the day.
Looking Ahead
With these two victories, PUSH maintains their unbeaten record in the tournament. They are set to play their final match against Obuya Select XI in the morning fixture tomorrow before departing Nairobi in the evening.
