After terminating his contract at Paradou AC, Uganda Cranes forward, Allan Okello joined Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC as a free agent on deadline day.

Okello 23, joined Vipers on a three year contract after he spent last season on loan at KCCA FC where he scored five goals and assisted on eight occasions in the Startimes Uganda Premier League last season.

Right after joining the Kitende side, a delighted Okello came out to highlight that he didn’t have to think twice when Vipers called;

“I am so happy to join Vipers Sports Club! I am so excited to be here at this big club” he said

Adding, “l didn’t have to think twice when Vipers called me, l just knew l wanted to sign for the club and can’t wait to get started with the team.” He concluded

The left footed forward who had been playing in pain last season is rumored to spend this season away from action after he’s said to have accepted a surgery on his knee.
