All the home fans left the ground singing goalie’s name Meddie Kubirige for saving them 2 Penalties in the first half of the game.
KCCA FC used its ease of passing to reach in the Tooro United’s penalty area where Mike Kawooya handled John Odumegwu’s shot going in the goal when Kibirige was already beaten, Mike Mutyaba picked the ball and took the Penalty but Meddie stood firm to deny him a chance.
In a space of 5 minutes, KCCA won another Penalty when Mike Mutyaba himself was pulled in the box by the Tooro United defender, this time young boy Allan Okello picked the ball whose shot at the left side of the goalposts was saved by superb Kubirige.
TOORO province boss King Oyo this morning praised the team and gave a special mention to Meddie Kubirige.
