Uganda Cranes forward Mohammed “Jaggarson” Shaban was by Libyan top flight side Al Hilal Sports Club has on Sunday.
Shaban signed a year-long deal with the Libyan side in Bengazi city right from Kampala City Council Authority Football Club.
