After close to two years, the second edition of Light Academy Alumni League will resumed this Sunday 6th February, 2022 at the Ammars Sports Arena.
The league was forced into in a premature break in 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic that struck the whole globe.
At the time of the break, all teams had played their first games of the second edition.
Legends were top of log while Locusts and Revolutionaries were languishing in the two bottom places.
Hornets will open up Match day two with a clash against the Class of 2020 before Mad Tings (who defeated Revolutionaries in their first game) takes on the 2018 Class.
Bottom-placed Locusts will take the field against Chicklops while Top-placed Legends will take on Galacticos.
The last game of the day will see Black Mambas battle with Bliss.
Legends are the defending champions, having won the inaugural season (2019) of the LA Alumni League.
At the end of the league, the winner this time round will walk away with a million shillings (1,000,000/=) and the first runners-up will claim five hundred thousand shillings (500,000/=). All winners and best performing players will be awarded medals at the end of the league.
