I&M Katogo Golf Series: Second round to tee off with different playing format

After making 50 years in business, I&M Bank presents the second round of I&M Bank Katogo Golf Series.

The golf series are set to tee off this Saturday, June 29 at Entebbe Club golf course.

Golf lovers are un patiently waiting on a competition at an event that will be held as the title sponsors, I&M Bank who continue their golden jubilee celebrations that will happen a day before at the Kampala Serena Hotel.

As communicated in the launch in February, this second round of the series will have a (Tee for Me) format, one that is fun and challenging unlike the first round that was played in a Regulation format.

Here team scores will be determined by the net score, with different pairs designating six holes for individual play, considering the worse net score.

The 19th hole experience will be hosted by comedian Salvado and will feature performances from Kenneth Mugabi, Myko Ouma, and Janzi Band.

The I&M Katogo series partners—Victoria Motors, Johnnie Walker, GA Insurance, Fenon Events, Goldman Furniture, and NBS Sport—have staked big prizes for this edition’s winners as a way to commemorate I&M Bank’s golden jubilee.

The penultimate round of the series will be played under the (Russian Chicago Stableford) pairs format on Saturday 28th September while grand finale under the (Double Bogey Danger) format on 7th December.
