On Monday evening, Cameroon qualified to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations finals that will be played in Morocco after making 10 points in Group J.
This came to light after the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon edged Kenya’s Harambe Stars 1-0 through a Boris Enow Takang 63 minute free kick in a game played behind closed doors at the Namboole Stadium.
In a game where Manchester United and Cameroon goal keeper Andre Onana was the most famous player on the pitch he was on holiday after conceding only two shots in the second half, the first hit the post and Alphonce Omija putting other wide in stoppage time.
After the game the Cameroon players took their time since they had to go straight to the airport but the media personnel took their time till the team came out.
With calls to different players like Carlos Baleba and Bryan Mbeumo to come for interviews, Onana was the last call and gladly came forward with excitement on his face;

Onana is set to play his next game this weekend on Saturday 19th October in the English Premier League against Brentford.
