Fatma Samba Diouf Samoura the secretary General at the Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA) is to visit Uganda for two days from the 27th to 28th January 2020.
This was confirmed by the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) via their offcial twitter handle on Wednesday 22nd January 2020.

Samoura was appointed FIFA delegate for Africa in June 2019 on a six month period which started on the 1st of August 2019 prior to climax this month of January 2020.
Samoura’s appointment as the FIFA delegate for Africa was to oversee operational management of CAF, including governance and administrative procedures, to ensure the efficient and professional organization of all CAF competitions and to support the growth and development of football in all countries and regions of CAF.
Fatma Samoura will commission FUFA’s new building in Mengo and also visit the speaker of the Parliament of Uganda Hon. Rebecca Kadaga during her stay in Uganda.
