FUFA Big League: Kitara welcome NEC in top of the table clash

High scoring Kitara will play host to Bugoolobi side NEC FC who will be aiming to getting back to winning ways on Thursday evening at Kigaaya Primary School, Hoima.

This will be Kitara’s biggest test so far as they face a side that is playing its first season in the Big league with a fact that both teams haven’t lost a single game this season.

The Hoima outfit have had a great start to the season thanks to former KCCA forward Patrick Kaddu and Moses Sseruyidde who have turned up on the different Match Days.

Kaddu has seven goals in his last four games will to add on his goal tally Inorder to lift up his side.

On the other side NEC FC, will be hoping they can return to winning ways when they take a trip to hoima.

The Marvin Kavuma captained side will surely put up a fight  drawing in their last game against Mbarara City.

NEC will need to be at their best if they are to pick any positive result away from home.

Ahead of the encounter NEC Head Coach Micheal Lukyamuzi, spoke to the club media and said;

It’s a big game and we have to handle it the right way…the weather condition down here is good and we expect to have a good game.”

Kitara won their last game away in Lugazi 3-0 while NEC drew with Mbarara City 0-0 at home in  last week at Coffee grounds.

With both team tied at the top with 10 points, a win for either side will take them to 13 points, 3 ahead of the other.
