The University derby in Nakawa saw She Corporate and Makerere University cancelled out each other with 1-1 result at MUBS playground on Sunday.
Before the game started a moment of silence was put in place to honour FUFA National Assistant Referee Kabugo Peter , who sadly passed away in game between SC Villa and UPDF FC.
Jesca Namanda netted the hosts’ first goal of the game in opening half before Daphine Nalubowa leveled matters for Makerere University WFC in closing stanza.

The result leaves She Corporate in 8th on League table with 5 points in 5 games just a place below Makerere who are currently 7th with 6 points.
In the other game, Kawempe Muslim survived a scare from Amus College which ended their 100% record with 1-1 draw.
Amus took the lead through Esther Namataka in the 44th minute of the first half only for Jazira Amiya to score an own goal in the closing half after a purely defensive play.
Despite dropping two points, Kawempe remain top of the Log with 13 points, four more than second placed Kampala Queens, while Amus lay third with 8 points.
For She Maroons, they clinched their second win of the campaign thanks to a Lillian Kasubo’s lone goal against Tooro Queens at Buhinga.
This is Tooro Queens’ fourth defeat in five games this season, a worrying form ride this season
The Prison Ladies are 5th with 8 points, level with Amus and Lady Doves while Tooro Queens stay bottom with a point.
Lady Doves against Olila H/S WFC didn’t happen because Olila didn’t travel to Masindi because of reasons that are yet to be known.
