The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) president Engineer Moses Hashim Magogo has geared up his hunt for a member of parliament seat in Budiope East by organizing a football tournament for the youth in Busoga region. The Magogo cup is slated to kick off on the 14th of March to the 29th of March.
The Magogo cup consists of 16 teams and it will be played in a knockout format on a home and away basis. The opening match will be played against Bukutula and Iyingo at Kirimwa Primary school playground on 14th March 2020 and the FUFA president is expected to grace the opening ceremony.
The winner of the Magogo cup is set to walk away with a prize money of 2M Ush, a trophy and a cow.
