Uganda Premier league champions Express FC have confirmed Frank Kalanda has the club .
Kalanda leaves the Red Eagles after his two year contact expired at the end of last season.
Through their website, Express announced Kalanda’s departure on Friday afternoon.

Since he joined the club ahead of the 2019/20 season, Kalanda featured in 52 games in all competitions and found the back of the net 18 times.
Last season, he had six goals across competitions after he was granted limited playing time after the capture of George Ssenkaaba and the resergency of Eric Kambale.
Express are preparing to feature in the CAF Champions league next season after they got their ticket by winning the UPL.
