Uganda forward Derrick Nsibambi has been identified as one of the two COVID-19 cases reported at Egyptian Premier league side Smouha SC according to African Sports journalist Nuuhu Adams.
The other positive case at Smouha is Mohammed Koffi, a Burkinabé footballer Central defender who is believed to have been in contact with Zamalek players after Sunday’s friendly game.
In another development, 18 members of Entag El-Harby FC squad have also tested positive.

With all teams required to do 3 PRC tests before the restart, the Egyptian Premier league was set to resume on 6th August 2020 after a five-month halt due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
