Defending champions Buddo Secondary School have been placed in Group A following the official draw for the 2026 USSSA Boys’ Football Championship held today. The tournament, set for May 10–20 in Lira, will feature 64 schools divided into 16 groups.
Buddo will face Masindi Secondary School, Kaserem Secondary School, and Teso College Aloet in their opening round matches.
Elsewhere, East Africa champions Bukedea Comprehensive School headline Group I alongside PP Newton, Lira Town College, and Numasa Secondary School. St. Mary’s SS Kitende, chasing a return to glory, are in Group P with Lubiri Secondary School, Seroma Christian High School, and Bukedea Comprehensive North.
Kibuli Secondary School, another title contender, has been drawn in Group M with Madina Islamic Secondary School, Kitgum Standard High School, and Lumino High School.
The championship will run over ten days in Lira, with top schools battling for national supremacy.
