Mengo City and Busunju Spaks are the teams that came first on display with the Stomers  impressing with an 8-0 win after Samuel Omara and Farouk Tumwesigye bagging braces while Abdulkarim Tebela, Sharif Opuuli, John Musaasizi and Akram Kitende stood with a goal.

The win on Friday 10th January evening was a continuation of their Impressive form in 2024/25 betPawa Futsal Super League wining the eighth consecutive time as they test the sit on top of the table despite setling in second place after Park FC’s win later.

 From the slow start of the season as they fail to win in the opening two matches, they have  turned things around to collect 25 points from possible 30 and Sharif Opuuli,  Abdulkarim Tebela and Farouk Tumwesigye continuing to arise their form with coach Abdifatah Abdullahi commanding the pace.

After hours with Mengo City bossing on top of the table, Park FC came on to regain  the spot  with a hardly fought 3-0 win over Kisenyi FC in the last game of the night.

Michael Abura came off the bench to score twice adding  to Abasi Muluya Junior’s second half penalty which the top scorer converted following  an hesitate in awardinng it.

Overcoming  Kisenyi  FC pushed Park FC to the 9th win of the campaign with only Lubaga Grameen  standing the only side to servive out of the team team which has faced the defending champion so far.

The form guiding Park FC to slightly  sitting on top of the log with 27 points two clear of Mengo City a side which  standing with a superior Goal difference  boosted with  high scoring games in recent days where they have scored 32 times while conceding  3 in the recent four games.

Edgars Youth Programme well deservingly  secured  the first win of the season in a 5-3 victory over Lubaga Grameen after going nine games loosing streak.

 Youngster Brian Olwa was the star of the match, netting a first-half hat-trick to set his team on the path to victory.

 Amir Waiswa and Eze Kombi also got on the scoresheet for the Edgar Watson-owned side, as they celebrated their maiden win in 10 games thus far.

The win ended a 9 game loosing  strik as the team  also picking the first point of the season in the game that came fourth on the day held at Old Kampala Futsal arena.

In the shock of the QC Mbarara come-from-behind to a 3-2 win over Crown Lubiri with Gilbran Nduhukire standing up to command the comeback.

In other games Kabuusu Clouds also managed to come back and  beat Kabowa Dream Team 4-2 while  Nansana ASKA also secured a hard-fought victory over Kisugu FC.
