2023 AFCON U20: Uganda Hippos final squad to travel to Egypt named


The Uganda Hippos head coach, Jackson Mayanja has declared the final squad that will travel to Egypt for the 2023 AFCON U20 to be played from 19th February to 11th March 2023.

The final squad is composed of 25 players, 22 outfield players and 3 goalkeepers.

The team will be captained by Isma Mugulusi who plays for Makedonikos fc in Greece

The Uganda Hippos are in group B with Congo Brazaville, Central African Republic and South Sudan

The Uganda Hippos are looking forward to setting up another huge performance after losing in the finals of 2021 in Mauritania against Ghana.
