Raging boxer Kimuli Henry is eager to take on Mawanda Frank in a week 12 Feather weight 57kgs Uganda Boxing Champions League season 3 week 12 contest on Saturday 26th October 2024.

Kimuli who hails from Mutajjazi Boxing Club in Kibuli will hope to maintain his winning momentum this season having already beaten UPDF’s Japyem James just like Mawanda who earlier beat Kyobe Jonah who recently turned Pro.

However the two have met a couple of times in the ring and will hope to again do so in main bout which is a unfamiliar situation for the fighters.

During the face off at the sideline restaurant in Lugogo, Kimuli aka Pretty Boy labeled Mawanda as an Ugly fighter;

“Your fights are not nice to watch” he started

Adding that;” The last time I saw with Jonah Kyobe in the ring I was disgusted and I know if you bring that kind of performance against me you are dead meat

In return, Mawanda aka Zaga called Kimuli a weak boxer and promised to discipline him infront of his fans.

Therefore we are set for an epic main fight to prove and entertain the fans and new boxing fans on the day.

Other bouts on the day will see, the two individuals who have lost all their bouts in this season 3 take each other on in a welter weight 67 kgs Elite contest. Both Mukwaya Eddy aka Pastor and Sande Simon hope to clinch a win from each other.

In the same weight, we are set for another bout that will hold Lukanga’s Kasujja Richard take on Batte Nuhu from COBAP boxing club in what is seen as one that might lighten up the day and usher fans into the main one.

On the Women’s side, Lukanga’s Sharua Ndagire aka Pretty boxer will be back in the ring as she faces BII FIT’s Nabbumba Shamim in a Feather weight 57kgs Elite contest.
