2024 Paris Olympics: Kathleen Noble finishes third in the repechage

Uganda’s female Kathleen Noble finished 3rd and missed out on the medal positions at the ongoing Paris 2024 Olympics in France on Sunday at the Nautical St Flat water body.

This was during the women single scull event – repechage race after she posted a time of 8:15:10 minutes.

This was Noble’s second race and it was won by Paraguay’s Alejandra Alonso with in 7:57:14 ahead of second placed Adriana Sanguineti from Peru who posted 8:07:05.

Noble returns to action on the morning of Monday, 29th July 2024 for another Repechage race.

Uganda is also represented by a cyclist Charles Kagimu, two swimmers (Anna Gloria Muzito and Jesse Ssengonzi) as well as a bunch of athletes.

At the moment, Australia is leading the medal standings with 3 gold medals and two silver medals.
