After impressing for feeder side St Mary’s SS Kitende in Copa Coca-cola and FEASSA games, Kyebatala was promoted to Vipers SC in 2019 and made his debut in Vipers’ 1-0 over Kyetume .

But since then he struggled for enough playing time at the Kitende-based side due to the stiff competition upfront and injuries.

Kyebatala becomes Maroons’ ninth addition this window after David Ndihabwe, Brian Nkubi, Jacob Okao, Arafat Kakonge, Isaac Mpagi, Samson Kigozi, Noel Nassasira and Lawrence Tezikya.

Maroons are coached by Mohammad Senfuma and will play their home games at Luzira Prison playgrounds.
