KCCA FC manager, Mike Mutebi is confident his team will make it to next round of the Stanbic Uganda Cup as his side visit CATDA FC on Friday 24th January in Uganda cup round of 64.

CATDA will host the Kasasiro boys at their home, the Startimes Stadium, Lugogo after the initial venue of this game being shifted from the Kira Road playground in Kamwokya.

It’s going to be a tricky one but we have enough to negotiate the tie and go through to the next round because we take every game as a final. We don’t expect a shock.

Said Mike Mutebi during the pre-match pressure ahead of their Uganda Cup round of 64 encounter tomorrow.

Mike Mutebi insists on playing the “our way” style claiming that KCCA FC has set a trend for other clubs in the country to follow.

Our aim is to win the trophy and keep the legacy, history and the trend at KCCA FC so I can’t get worried about Catda because I have a number if 40 players from the first team and the development side who are not fringe players but ready to play at the right time.

Added Mutebi.

KCCA FC have no new injury concern  apart from long term absentees like Sadam Juma , Jackson Nunda and Jurua Francis.

CATDA FC is a third division team playing in the Nakawa the Regional League region league.
