Chinese Super League side Dalian Pro FC sign forward Cesar Manzoki from Vipers Sports Club on a four months deal.
Manzoki has only spent two seasons with the Venoms joining them at the start of the 2020/21 campaign playing 56 games, scoring 32 goals and assisting on 15 occasions.
Being the Uganda Premier league top Scorer and assist King with 18 goals and 8 assists respectively hence being named the forward and player of the Season.

After rumours of the forward wanting to join Simba of Tanzania, he joins Dalian Pro FC who are struggling in the Chinese Super League lying 14th on the Log with 12 points in 14 games.
The Uganda Premier league hit has played for other two clubs in his senior career like AS Vita and AS Dauphin Noirs both piling their trade in Democratic Republic of Congo.
