The StarTimes Uganda Premier match No. 101 between Onduparaka FC and KCCA FC, which was abandoned on 27th December will be replayed, the FUFA Competition Disciplinary Panel has confirmed.

This was announced on Friday evening by FUFA in a statement published on the website.

The game was abandoned after several onduparaka fans invaded the pitch to protest a penalty call that was made by center referee Ronald Madanda in the 95th minutes with scores 2-all.

According to FUFA, the game will be replayed so as to enable the results of the match to be determined sportingly and will be played at a neutral venue on the date which will be confirmed by the Uganda Premier League Secretariat.

“The CDP hereby orders a REPLAY of Match # 101 between Onduparaka FC vs KCCA FC which shall enable the results of the match to be determined sportingly.”part of the statement read.

“The above replay shall be at a neutral venue already licensed for the Uganda Premier League matches. The venue and date of the replay shall be decided and communicated by the Uganda Premier League Secretariat.”

To help the two teams in the replay, FUFA has made a pledge of UGX 2,500,000 to each club which will be sent to the club accounts.

KCCA currently sits second on the log with 28 points in 12 games while Onduparaka, who also been deducted two points and two goals now sit in 13th with 10 points in 12 games.
