StarTimes UPL: Maroons silently get in the top four after win against Arua Hill

Maroons came from behind to comfortably beat Arua Hill 3-1  at the Paridi stadium, Adjumani on Wednesday.

Mansour Safi gave the Kongolo a goal just eight minutes into the game right after some good work from John Rogers.

Twenty six minutes later Patrick Bayiga leveled Matters for the Luzira outfit after beautiful craft by Abraham Tusubira to end the opening half 1-1.

After restart, David Ndihabwe scored Maroons’ second on the day four minutes past the hour mark before Issac Mpagi Kajubi netted their third in added time.

This win takes Maroons to fourth with 22 points, four behind leaders BUL, who have played a game fewer.

For Arua Hill, they have won just once and lost nine in 12 and therefore stay bottom on five points.
