Mustafa Kizza joins FC Arouca

Uganda Cranes left back Mustafa Kizza has joined Portuguese Primeira Liga side Arouca FC on a three year deal.

Arouca FC is a top flight side in Portugal and will be playing against clubs like FC Porto, SL Benfica & Sporting Lisbon.

Mustafa 22, has been a free agent since he left Canadian, MLS side CF Montreal late last year where he had featured in 20 games after he had joined the Club in October 2020.

The Uganda National has featured for the national team( Uganda Cranes) at all levels U-17, U-20, U-23 and Senior team.

On joining side, the Cross specialist came out to show his readiness citing;

For this season, I just want to work hard, play and get to know the team so we can get positive performances. Then results will appear but the main focus will always be to help the team.

Mustafa will now be among the Ugandan Internationals who have played in the top flight Portuguese Primeira Liga after Nestroy Kizito and Alex Kakuba.
