Solitilo Bright stars Football Club get new sponsor on board

Uganda Premier League side Solitilo Bright Star Football Club has on Thursday morning announced Sports betting company MelBet as their new official shirt sponsor.

This was made official on Thursday at route 256 in a ceremony that was attended by the Bright Stars technical director Ian Mutenda, director Harold Atukwasa and MelBET like the Contry manager of Melbet Mr. Kamwesigye Andrew, Melbet Sale’s Manager Mrs. Nassuna Teopista, Melbet Digital Manager Mr. Nick Sakwa

The betting company has recently signed a deal with another Uganda Premier League side in Express Football Club.

This unveiling comes at a time when Solitilo Bright stars just like all the UPL teams are trying to recover from a financial crisis that hit all the others.

Talking to the press at the event, Melbet Country Director Mr. Andrew Kamwesigye expressed his belief saying ;

We believe in the club and its management style, they are very organized and we expect great performances from the football club during the new football campaign and we are definitely here to stay.

Solitilo Bright stars in the previous season, but relegation and successfully passed the test;

With gratitude, Bright Stars director also had a word to put out there saying:.

We appreciate the support and the package they have come on board with especially during these difficult times where football clubs require funds to run.

MELBET will appear on the match day jerseys at the back below the Number, in front of the training and warm up kits.

Brights stars last season finished 11th on the log with 36 points after 30 matches and will be hoping for better with some new deals and additions to their team.
