StarTimes Uganda Premier League side, Wakiso Giants FC, has today Friday 29 November 2019 confirmed former Onduparaka FC manager, Livingstone Mbabazi as their new head coach.
According to sources close to the club, the ex-international is believed to have signed a three-year contract with the Wakisha based side replacing Kefa Kisala who was sacked earlier this season and replaced with Steven Bengo on Interim Basis.
This now ends all speculation that has had several coaches linked to the Purple Sharks which included Wasswa Bbosa, Jackson Mayanja, Charles Ayiekoh among others.

Livingstone Mbabazi resigned his role at Arua Based side Onduparaka FC citing breach of contract.
After the appointment, Mbabazi said he was delighted to be joining ‘a Club with great Ambitions.’ as denoted from the Club’s website www.wakisogiantsfc.com

Mbabazi joins StarTimes Uganda Premier League debutants with a lot of Experience having managed Onduparaka FC, Mbarara City FC and Kyetume, among others.
his task now involves moving the Giants to the next level, having finished their first-round standing 7th with 8 wins, 2 draws and 7 losses.
We are yet to establish if Mbabazi will retain Steven Bengo in his Technical team.
