Aziz Kayondo has joined Israel side Hapoel Tel Aviv on a year-loan move from Spanish side CD Leganes.
The Uganda Cranes left back who has previously been promoted to the senior team in this pre-season has gone on to impress a number of teams in Europe.
It is stated that Hapoel will sign Kayondo permanently if he impresses during that loan spell .
He joins another Ugandan in Timothy Awany in the Israel Premier League.
