This weekend’s Diaspora had Kutesa and Miya starting on the bench while Edrisa Lubega started but was substituted later on. Joseph Ochaya featured fulltime while Zirintusa remains sidelined. All the latest from the Diaspora with Kamardin Shero.

In France, Dereck Kuteesa came on in the 65th minute and it took him only one minute to set up Boulaye Dia for Reims equalizing goal for his side to pick up a vital 2-all draw away from home against top-placed Rennes FC in the French Ligue 1.

In Turkey, Forward Farouk Miya came on in the 61st minute Konyaspor played out to a goalless draw against Denizlispor in the Turkish Super Lig.

In Sweden, Isaak Ssewankambo played 68 minutes while Ronald Mukiibi came on in the 63rd minute as their Ostersunds FK side lost 2-1 in AIK in the Swedish Allsvenskan.

Alexis Bbaka came on in the 65th minute as his Omeä FC side came from two goals down to force a 3-all draw against Akropolis IF in the Swedish Supperetten.

Ritah Kivumbi was introduced in the second half as her Mallbacken IF side lost out to AIK 3-1 in the Swedish Elitettan game

Viola Nambi wasn’t in the matchday squad as her Vaxjo DFF  lost 2-1 to Djurgården IF DFF in the Swedish Damallsvenskan.

In Denmark, Robert Kakeeto was absent from the matchday squad as his AaB Aalborg side salvaged a 1-all draw against AGF in the Danish Superliga while Moses Opondo played 64 minutes as his side, Odense Boldkub suffered a narrow 1-0 loss to Vejle BK.

In Estonia, Edrisa Lubega started and was subbed off in the 63rd minute as his side, Paide Linnameskond claimed a 1-0 win over Levadia FCI in the Estonian Meistriliiga.

In England, Ikpeazu Mubiru Uche didn’t make the Matchday squad as his Wycombe Wanderers lost 2-0 to Luton Town in the English Championship.

Elvis Bwomono featured for 90 minutes as Southend FC picked up a vital 1-all draw against Crawley Town in the English league two.

In Congo, Joseph Ochaya featured full-time as his Tp Mazembe side played out to a goalless draw against Blessings FC in their season opener in the Vodacom Linafoot.

In Egypt, Khalid Aucho wasn’t in the Matchday squad as his side, El Makkasa narrowly lost 3-2 to Abdul Lumala’s Pyramid FC in the Egyptian Premier League.

Derrick Nsibambi featured for 64 minutes as his Smouha SC drew 1-all with Ismaily SC.

In Portugal, Alex Kakuba featured for 59 minutes as his CD Cova De Piedade lost 2-0 at home to FC Arouca in the Portuguese LigaPro.

In the USA, Mike Azira was an unused substitute as his side, Chicago Fire drew 2-all with Montreal Impact in the Major league Soccer.

In Tanzania, Nicholas Wadada featured full time as his Azam FC side claimed a 4-2 win over Kagera Sugars in the Tanzanian Premier League.

Elsewhere, Boban Zirintusa was still out with an injury as Mtibwa Sugar were 1-0 losers to Biashara United.

In Vietnam, Moses Oloya featured for 69 minutes as his Hanoi FC side played out to a 2-all draw with Thanh Hoa while Joseph Mpande also featured full-time as his Hai Phong FC side claimed a 3-1 win over Sông Lam Nghệ An in the V-League 1.
