Prolific striker Ceaser Lobi Manzoki has returned to his former Uganda Premier League side SC Vipers for a short training stint.
The undeniably talented striker was seen donning the SC Vipers Jersey a year after he left the club for Chinese outfit Dalian Pro.Â
“Look who’s here! The Emperor Cesar Manzoki is back at St Mary’s Stadium training with us!” – A X post from Vipers read. While the post hinting at a potential reunion.Â
Adding to the intrigue, former team captain Tadeo Lwanga was also spotted training closely with star signing Allan Okello.
The duo enjoyed separate days of glory but Manzoki touched the deepest of the Venoms’ hearts, 26 goals and 13 assists from 46 outings.
It’s no secrete that even with the addition of former league topscorer Eric Kambale to their ranks, Manzoki’s void is long away from being filled.
However the club remains tight-lipped about any finalized deals while Simba SC is one of those clubs that still look forward to attain the Central African Republic striker’s signature.
