FUFA Women’s Super League Chanpions Kampala Queens have been drawn in Group A of the CECAFA Zonal Qualifiers for this year’s CAF Women’s Champions League.
They have drawn in the same group with Commercial Bank of Ethiopia ( CBE), F.A.D from Djibouti, Buja Queens from Burundi and Yei Joint Stars from South Sudan.
Group B has JKT Queens ( Tanzania), Vihiga Queens (Kenya), AS Kigali ( Rwanda) and New Generation ( Zanzibar).
This year’s regional qualifiers will be hosted by Uganda between 13th-30th August at the MTN Omondi Stadium and FUFA Technical Center in Njeru.
The champion from this tournament will play in the final tournament set to take in Ivory Coast in November.
