Despite the senior side not bringing home the trophy, BUL FC Junior Team are the Champions of the 2022/23 FUFA Juniors League.
The Eastern giants earned this after having the results on the final day in their favor.
In the final game, BUL comfortably thumped Friends of Soccer FC 4-0 with goals from four different scorers in Richard Okello, Swaib Mpasa, Umar Waiswa and Yasin Masambo.
This result took BUL top of the log with eleven points and a goal difference on nine since Prosper Soccer Academy drew with Vipers SC Junior Team to leave them short by a goal.
However Prosper Soccer Academy finished third with nine points while Friends of Soccer FC and Mbarara Sports Academy ended in 4th and 5th place respectively.
