Wakiso Giants terminate a player’s contract and let go of two others.

Wakiso Giants has confirmed that they have let go of only 3 players after an intense campaign of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.

The Purple sharks ended their 2021/22 StarTimes Uganda Premier League campaign in 7th with 39 points garnered in 30 games.

The exclude players include former Captain Fahad Kawooya, goalkeeper Emukule Derrick and defender Edward Satulo whose contract was terminated for a yet unknown reason.

According to reports from an anonymous inside source, the rest of the players with running contracts will negotiate with the club

Wakiso Giants FC will once again feature in the Uganda top flight league in the 2021/22 campaign and that will call for bettering of their squad.
