URA FC gets new home ahead of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League second round

URA football club will host all its second round Startimes Uganda Premier League games at the Arena of visions in Bombo, also home to Ndejje University FC.

The tax collectors have been hosting their games at the Mandela National Stadium, Namboole for the past one and half-season after leaving the Mehta Stadium in Lugazi.

Towards the end of the first round, the management of the Mandela National Stadium suspended all football-related activities from being hosted at the facility, thereby forcing all affected Clubs to find new grounds for the meantime. These included that; SC Villa, Kyetume FC, and URA FC.

URA FC left Mandela National stadium after 8 games and hosted their last games of the first round at UPDF’s ground in Bombo. They will now be hosting all their second-round games at the Arena of visions starting with SC Villa on Tuesday 7th January 2020.

URA FC is 6th on the table and will be looking to come back stronger in the second round of the Startimes Uganda Premier League.
