Midfielder Ashraf ‘Fadiga’ Mugume managed to help KCCA keep unbeaten run record intact with a late equalizer against Vipers at the St Mary’s Stadium in Kitende on Saturday 9th November.
Substitute, Mugume netted deep in stoppage time to deny the Venoms maximum points after Milton Karisa’s goal in the opening half.
The top-of-table clash unveiled a Low goal scoring opportunity that saw both sides grab walk away with point.
Karisa scored a minute left to end the opening Cup with headed weight effort from a well-weighted cross from Derrick Ndahiro.

For KCCA, saw returnee Joel Sserunjogi’s long ball meet Mugume who controlled the ball on the chest before volleying the ball for the visitors’ second.
The result keeps KCCA FC up top on 18 points while Vipers FC move to second place on 17 points.
In their next games after the international break, KCCA will host tenants in Lugogo on Thursday 21st November as Vipers visit Nakivubo to face URA a day after.
The other game of the day saw Prison side Maroons edge inconsistent URA 2-1 in Luzira.
Baden Mujahid Ogama and Brian Omirambe scored a goal in each for Maroons while URA FC for their consolation through Simon Tamale’s own goal.
