The Uganda U17 women team head coach Ayub Khalifah has named an 18 player squad which will travel to face Tanzania in the second round stage of the women world cup U17 qualifiers. Uganda eliminated Ethiopia in the first round stage of the qualifiers.
Uganda U17 women team is to play Tanzania on Sunday 1st March 2020 at the National stadium in Dar es salaam in the first leg. The second leg will be played in Kampala two weeks later.
Team captain Juliet Nalukenge makes the travelling squad after recovering from injury.
The team is to depart the country on Friday afternoon aboard Uganda Airlines with a delegation of 30 people .
