Lwanga joins the “Wekundu wa Msimbazi” as a free agent after having terminated his contract with Egyptian side Tanta FC in July this year after going months without pay.
The former Vipers, Villa, and Express defensive midfielder was on the verge of a return to Express FC in October, but the move fell through at the later stages of the negotiations.
At Simba, Taddeo will have to battle out with Viera Gerson and Jonas Mkunde for a starting place in the club’s starting XI.
